The Elefant Heavy Tank Destroyer is armed with the 8.8cm PaK 43 L/71 gun, which is significantly longer and more powerful than the 8.8cm L/56 found on the Tiger I.

Early versions of the Elefant lacked a hull machine gun for anti-infantry defense, leading to numerous instances where they were helplessly destroyed by Soviet infantry using close-quarters explosives. Although a machine gun was later mounted on the front hull to address this vulnerability, its slow mobility remained a critical weakness.

The Elefant can be summoned by specific Wehrmacht Commanders once 14 Command Points (CP) are reached. Due to its long, trunk-like barrel and exceptional penetration power, both Allied and German forces nicknamed it the "Darning Needle." Originally named the "Ferdinand" after its designer, it was rechristened with the more imposing name "Elefant" following various upgrades.

Critical Damage Note: If the vehicle's health drops below 20%, there is a 10% chance that the main gun will be destroyed upon taking a hit.
